Whitelisting

Please add our From Address to your Address Book or Contacts to continue receiving our emails. Simply add

  1. [email protected]

  2. [email protected]

to the address book in your email account page or your ESP setup page. For specific instructions on adding our email address to your ESP’s white list see below.

📨 Gmail (Web & Mobile)

Method 1: Create a Filter (Most Effective)

  1. Open Gmail on your computer.

  2. Click the Show search options icon (the sliders icon) inside the search bar at the top.

  3. In the From field, type the specific email address or an entire domain (e.g., @example.com).

  4. At the bottom of the dropdown window, click Create filter.

  5. Check the box for Never send it to Spam.

  6. Click Create filter to save.

Method 2: Mark as Not Spam

  1. Open your Spam folder from the left sidebar.

  2. Open the incorrectly flagged email.

  3. Click the Report not spam button at the top of the email.

Apple Mail uses iCloud settings and your local Contacts app to determine who is a safe sender.


✉️ Microsoft Outlook (Outlook.com, New Outlook, & Microsoft 365)

Method 1: Safe Senders List

  1. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Mail > Junk email.

  3. Under the Safe senders and domains section, click + Add safe sender.

  4. Type the email address or domain name and press Enter.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the panel.

Method 2: Move from Junk

  1. Open your Junk Email folder.

  2. Select the email, click the three dots (...) on the action menu (or right-click the email).

  3. Select Report > Not Junk.


🍏 Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, & Mac)

On iPhone & iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the Mail app and go to your Junk folder.

  2. Open the email, tap the Folder icon at the bottom (or swipe left on the email in the list), and select Move Message.

  3. Choose Inbox.

  4. Tap the sender’s name at the top of the email and select Add to Contacts or Add to VIP to ensure future delivery.

On Mac (macOS)

  1. Open the email. If it is in the Junk folder, click the Move to Inbox banner at the top.

  2. Move your cursor over the sender's name in the message header, click the drop-down arrow next to it, and select Add to Contacts.


🟣 Yahoo Mail & AOL Mail

Method 1: Add to Contacts

  1. Open your mailbox and click the Contacts (address book) icon in the right-side vertical panel.

  2. Click Add a new contact at the bottom of the panel.

  3. Fill in the email address and click Save.

Method 2: Set up a Safe Filter

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then click More Settings.

  2. Select Filters from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Add new filters.

  4. Give your filter a name (e.g., "Safe Sender"). Under the From criteria, choose contains and type the email address or domain.

  5. Under "Choose a folder to move to," select Inbox.

  6. Click Save.


🕊️ Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. If the message is in your Junk folder, open it and click the Not Junk button in the notification bar at the top of the email.

  2. In the email header, click on the sender's email address.

  3. From the popup menu, select Add to Address Book.

  4. Ensure your settings are set to trust addresses in your Personal Address Book.
